Delivery Information
Domestic Delivery (Turkey):
Your orders will be securely and promptly delivered to any address within Turkey. All orders will be processed and prepared for delivery within 7-15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your region.
International Delivery:
We proudly offer delivery services worldwide. International delivery times may range between 7-12 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.
Shipping Fees:
There are no shipping fees for international orders. However, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be calculated based on the destination country. The applicable VAT fee will depend on the customs regulations and practices of the respective country. The VAT fee will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order's status.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period:
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used, altered, or damaged products cannot be returned.
Return Conditions:

Before returning an item, you must contact us for approval. Your return request will be processed once it is approved by our support team.

Items will only be accepted for return if they are in their original condition.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product sent, etc.), in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Fees:
Once the return is processed and approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days after the return is approved.
Exchanges:
If you'd prefer to exchange an item instead of returning it, you can submit an exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If a product is damaged or defective, your exchange or return request will be processed immediately.
